San Francisco, CA | $30–$35/hour | Temp-to-Hire

We’re hiring a Medical Receptionist for an exclusive onsite health and wellness center located inside the San Francisco campus of one of the world’s most recognizable technology and innovation companies. You’ll support employees in a modern, collaborative setting offering primary care, physical therapy, chiropractic care, therapy, acupuncture, and more.

Pay: $30–$35/hour
Schedule: Monday–Friday | 8:00 AM–5:00 PM
Contract: August 31 – November 30, 2026 | 13 weeks
Opportunity: Temp-to-hire for the right candidate

What You’ll Do

• Check patients in and out and provide an excellent patient experience
• Schedule appointments and manage waitlists across multiple service lines
• Answer calls and patient messages promptly and professionally
• Ensure patients are scheduled for the appropriate appointment type
• Ensure paperwork and consent forms are completed before visits
• Coordinate communication between different healthcare service lines
• Fax documentation to patients and facilities
• Order and maintain office supplies
• Support the administrative and clinical team as needed

What We’re Looking For

• Healthcare administration or medical reception experience preferred
• Epic or other EMR experience preferred
• Strong customer service and patient experience skills
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Proactive problem-solving and ability to take initiative
• Comfortable working collaboratively with a sizeable healthcare team
