How We Find The Most Valued And Successful Candidates- Auro Wellness and Auro Skincare is looking for a CustomerRelations and Sales person. Looking for a self-motivated, forward thinking individual that is excited to take on the challenge and experience of a start-up. They will be able to successfully plan, manage their time, and optimize the Customer experience. This includes, but is not limited to, successfully handling in-person, inbound, outbound communications, payment transactions, relationship building with medical offices and customers, appropriately transferring/directing calls to different departments, composing messages, and assisting Quality Assurance, Quality Control. Working with marketing and production team to continually ensure one-hundred percent (100%) Customer satisfaction. Responsibilities Management and building relationships with wholesale accounts Educate all customers on products and services. Proactively manage all accounts with timely follow ups. Analyzing customer shopping data to optimize sales efforts and better identify potential customers Entering order information into the company database Answering customer questions regarding their account or sales products Working with staff members from other departments such as marketing, research/design and financing to optimize sales Great growth potential at a start-up. This is the first position to really create an long lasting sales and customer relations department Flexible hour and work locations Qualifications Above average communication skills (listening, speaking, written) Consistent, accurate, timely data entry (Google Suite, Windows, Microsoft Office) Professional Customer-facing appearance and friendly, "Customer is always right," demeanor and attitude Actively keeps open the lines of communication Ensures consistently productive and proactive workflow; promptly handles inbound/outbound requests; strives to maintain positive business relationships, acts as Champion. Ability to consistently work a variable, within somewhat flexible general operating hours of Monday through Friday, 8:00AM-6:00PM in an environment.
