Responsibilities Oversee shifts every week and ensure customers receive fast, accurate, friendly service during every visit. Provide leadership to Crew and other Managers during a shift to ensure outstanding quality, service, and cleanliness to customers. Supervise food safety and cleanliness procedures to ensure the team meets McDonald’s standards. Communicate effectively with Crew and the next Shift Managers to help them prepare for a great shift. Achieve targets during shifts and help departments meet their goals. Take action to monitor safety, security, inventory, and profitability. Manage Crew schedules and encourage high performance during their shift. Provide exceptional customer service and quality food production. Train new team members on critical job functions.
