Delivery Assist - Night Shift

Hensley Beverage Company is a multi-generational, family-owned beverage wholesaler proudly distributing a world-class portfolio of beverages throughout Arizona. We are looking for motivated, dependable, and hardworking individuals to join our team as Night Delivery Assistants.

As a Delivery Assistant, you will work alongside CDL Drivers to help deliver products safely and efficiently to customer locations. This is a fast-paced, physically active position ideal for candidates who enjoy teamwork, staying active, and working in a warehouse and delivery environment.

Responsibilities

• Assist CDL Drivers with nightly beverage deliveries to customer accounts
• Load and unload products safely and efficiently
• Help rotate and stock products at delivery locations
• Ensure accurate delivery of orders and invoices
• Maintain a clean and organized work environment
• Follow all company safety procedures and DOT regulations
• Provide excellent customer service during deliveries
• Support drivers with route completion in a timely manner

Qualifications

• Ability to lift, push, and pull heavy products consistently throughout the shift
• Strong work ethic and reliability
• Comfortable working overnight shifts and in varying weather conditions
• Team-oriented attitude with strong communication skills
• Previous warehouse, delivery, or beverage industry experience is a plus, but not required
• Must be at least 18 years old
• Ability to pass pre-employment screening

Schedule

• Full-Time Night Shift
