Sales Representative - Nashville, TN - Orthopaedic Instruments
Stryker Orthopaedics
Stryker seeks an Orthopaedic Instruments Sales Representative for the Nashville territory to drive medical device and surgical product sales. The field-based role involves managing complex sales cycles, building relationships with healthcare stakeholders, and consistently meeting sales quotas in a high-performance environment.
Responsibilities
- Develop and execute territory sales plans to achieve and exceed quota targets
- Build and maintain relationships with surgeons, OR staff, supply chain, and hospital leadership
- Conduct product demonstrations, evaluations, and clinical trials in surgical environments
- Lead product launches, conversions, implementations, and deliver staff training
- Identify new business opportunities and analyze territory performance metrics
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree or 5+ years of outside/B2B sales or territory management experience
- 2+ years of medical device or healthcare sales experience, preferred
- Proven track record of quota attainment and territory expansion
- Valid driver's license and ability to travel within territory
- Ability to lift up to 50 pounds occasionally and 20 pounds frequently
- Strong communication, negotiation, and presentation skills
Compensation: 100% commission with bonuses and benefits eligible
