Certified Alcohol and Drug Counselor (CADC) Another Door Opens Recovery Center - Ewing, NJ (Hybrid) About us Another Door Opens Recovery Center is a New Jersey-licensed outpatient and intensive outpatient substance use treatment program in Ewing. We serve about 150 clients across Mercer County, most of them through NJ FamilyCare. We're a small team, which means counselors here have real say in how the clinical program runs. What you'll do Carry a caseload of OP and IOP clients - individual sessions, group facilitation, and family sessions as needed Complete biopsychosocial assessments and ASAM level-of-care determinations Write and update treatment plans with measurable, client-driven goals Document sessions in the EHR within [24/48] hours of service Coordinate care with our psychiatric provider, peer support staff, and outside referral sources (probation, DCP&P, hospitals, sober living) Handle discharge and continuing-care planning Participate in weekly treatment team and clinical supervision What we're looking for Active CADC in good standing with the NJ Alcohol and Drug Counselor Committee Experience in an outpatient or IOP setting Comfortable running groups - this is a group-heavy program Solid documentation habits and familiarity with Medicaid/MCO record standards Reliable, on time, and able to hold boundaries with a challenging population #J-18808-Ljbffr
