Requirements for the Office Assistant Excellent communication and customer service skills Basic computer and data entry experience Ability to answer phones and respond professionally to inquiries Strong organizational and time management skills Ability to work independently and as part of a team High school diploma or equivalent preferred Office Assistant Responsibilities As an Office Assistant, you will play an important role in supporting daily office operations. Duties may include: Answering and directing incoming phone calls Greeting and assisting customers, visitors, and vendors Scheduling appointments and maintaining calendars Assisting with general office duties and paperwork Entering and maintaining accurate information in computer systems Responding to emails and other business correspondence Providing administrative support to office staff and management Keeping office files, supplies, and workspaces organized Helping ensure the office operates efficiently each day Schedule and Pay Full-Time Monday through Friday 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM Starting pay: $16.00 per hour and up, based on experience This Office Assistant position offers the opportunity to develop valuable administrative and customer service skills while working in a professional office environment.
