We’re seeking a passionate and driven  Sleep Medicine Physician Assistant or Nurse Practitioner to join our team in Muskegon/Grand Haven. This is an exciting opportunity to make a meaningful impact on the health of our community while working in a supportive, mission-driven environment.

Opportunity Details

• Position Type: Full-Time (1.0 FTE)
\n
• Schedule: Flexible, Monday-Friday 8-5, can 4-10s
\n
• Location: Grand Haven & Muskegon, Michigan, splitting time evenly between two clinic locations
\n
• Specialty: Sleep Medicine
\n
• Team Size: Muskegon=5 providers (3 physicians, 3 APPs) Grand Haven=2 (1 physician, 1 APP)
\n
• Ambulatory/Inpatient: All ambulatory
\n
• Types of Visits: New and follow up patients in clinic
\n

Requirements

\n

• Relevant clinical experience required
\n
• APPs: Board certified in specialty prior to employment
\n
• Active Michigan medical license (or ability to obtain)
\n
• DEA license
\n
• BLS certification (must be maintained)
\n
