There is a potential to float within a 5-mile radius of assigned location. Primary diagnoses include musculoskeletal and orthopedic conditions. The clinic specializes in neurorehabilitation. Patients range in age from 8 to 100 years. Treatment sessions are 45 minutes, and evaluative sessions are 60 minutes. The majority of the team works five days a week. Fridays have clinic hours from 8:00 AM to 4:30 PM with a 45-minute lunch break. Shifts may vary, including hours such as 8:00 AM to 4:30 PM, 9:30 AM to 6:00 PM, and 10:30 AM to 7:00 PM. Floating to other clinics may occur, but it is not common. The intent is to maintain continuity by keeping the same team of PTs and PTAs together. Education and training support are available on-site. There are secretarial staff for scheduling purposes. No weekend or holiday requirements are expected. This role emphasizes confidence in skill set and effective teamwork.
