All qualified applicants will receive consideration for employment without regard to race, color, religion, sex, sexual orientation, gender identity, national origin, disability or veteran status.Duties, Responsibilities & OtherThis position is for a directional drill foreman with a minimum of 6 years of underground experience operating a directional drill with at least 2 years of experience managing a 4-person crew.Work with construction manager for in-field project set up.Lead and direct 4-person crew to safely complete projects.Complete legible bore logs and field sketches.Select and implement appropriate maintenance of traffic signage and follow safety precautions.Identify potential safety hazards. Create a corrective action plan when safety hazards are recognized.Administer monthly safety meetings.Ability to read and interpret plans and specifications.Understand as-built drawings and roadway plansPossess leadership and mentoring skills.Ability to perform routine equipment maintenance tasks.Must have a mechanical aptitude.Experience placing underground cable a plus.Perform other duties as assigned.Essential Duties and Responsibilities are the basic job functions that an employee must be able to perform, with or without reasonable accommodation.
