Job Overview Home Comfort Advisor / Outside Sales Professional Southern Home Services is a residential HVAC, Plumbing and Electrical company that owns and operates businesses across the United States. The company is seeking business leaders to join our growing team. About This Role We are looking for a dynamic Home Comfort Advisor / Outside Sales Professional who enjoys closing deals and turning warm leads into satisfied customers. In your first year you have the opportunity to earn over $100,000. Key Responsibilities Interact and engage with new, current, and previous customers, providing solutions for their home comfort needs and building a lifelong customer base. Communicate effectively during in-home conversations, helping homeowners find solutions to save money on utilities and future repairs while improving comfort and air quality. Conduct follow‑up calls to ensure 100 % satisfaction and generate referrals. Collaborate with service technicians to present and recommend the best equipment and service options for customers’ homes. Perform additional duties as assigned. Required Qualifications Valid driver’s license and clean driving record. Proven history of achieving and exceeding sales goals. Strong ability to build and maintain trusting relationships with customers. Proficient with PC and comfortable using technology sales tools. Willing and able to travel to customer locations for in‑person meetings. Availability to work weekdays, evenings, and weekends as needed. Preferred Qualifications Minimum of 3 years of business‑to‑consumer sales experience (prior industry experience not required). Strong drive to sell to customers and help solve their needs. Physical Requirements Work while sitting and/or standing at an individual work station or office. Communicate verbally via phone or other device. Ability to stand, walk, sit; talk or hear, both in person and by telephone. Use hands to type, handle or feel objects or controls; reach with hands and arms.
