Food & Beverage Manager

Vineyards Country Club is seeking an energetic, hands-on, and results-driven Food & Beverage Manager to help lead our dynamic Food & Beverage operation. This key leadership position reports directly to the Director of Food & Beverage and plays an integral role in delivering exceptional member experiences while driving operational excellence and financial success.

We are looking for a hospitality professional who thrives in a fast-paced environment, leads by example, inspires teams, and is passionate about service, member satisfaction, and continuous improvement.

Key Responsibilities:

• Assist in the day-to-day management of Food & Beverage outlet operations.
• Develop, manage, and maintain employee schedules.
• Oversee inventory controls, purchasing, and cost management.
• Process and manage payroll functions.
• Collaborate with the culinary and service teams to ensure exceptional dining experiences.
• Support revenue growth initiatives through creative programming, promotions, and member engagement.
• Mentor, coach, and develop team members while fostering a positive and service-focused culture.
• Maintain high standards of service, cleanliness, and operational efficiency.
  

Qualifications:

• Minimum of 3 years of Food & Beverage management experience required.
• Country club, resort, hotel, or upscale dining experience preferred.
• Strong leadership, organizational, and communication skills.
• Ability to multitask, prioritize, and remain calm under pressure.
• Proficiency with scheduling, inventory, purchasing, and payroll systems.
• Creative mindset with an interest in marketing and member engagement.
• Flexible schedule required, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
