City Manager - Luxury Retail

We are looking for an experienced City Manager to oversee our store operations within the city, ensuring business growth, operational excellence, and an outstanding customer experience.

The Role:
As a City Manager , you will be responsible for managing and developing multiple store locations, driving sales performance, ensuring brand standards, and supporting store teams in achieving business objectives.
You will act as a key ambassador of the brand, inspiring teams, strengthening customer engagement, and ensuring an exceptional luxury retail experience across all locations.

Key Responsibilities:

• Oversee daily operations and performance of multiple stores within the assigned area.
• Drive sales growth and achieve commercial targets through effective business strategies.
• Analyze KPIs and implement action plans to maximize store performance.
• Lead, coach, and motivate Store Managers and retail teams.
• Ensure consistent execution of brand standards, visual merchandising, and customer experience guidelines.
• Develop talent through training, feedback, and performance management.
• Support recruitment, onboarding, and team development initiatives.
• Monitor operational excellence, stock management, and compliance with company procedures.
• Build strong relationships with internal stakeholders and local partners.

Candidate Profile:

• Proven experience in retail management, preferably within the luxury or premium sector.
• Previous experience as a City Manager, Area Manager, District Manager , or similar multi-store leadership role.
• Strong commercial awareness with the ability to analyze sales performance and KPIs.
• Excellent leadership, communication, and organizational skills.
• Ability to inspire, coach, and develop high-performing teams.
• Strong customer focus with a passion for delivering exceptional experiences.
• Proactive, adaptable, and solution-oriented mindset.
• Flexibility to travel between stores and adapt to business needs.
