We are seeking a dynamic, organized, and proactive Client Care Coordinator to be the heartbeat of our post-closing support team.

What You’ll Do (Key Responsibilities):

• Be the Voice of Client Care: Manage our dedicated Webex phone line and inbox, responding to homeowner inquiries within 24 business hours with warmth and professionalism.

• Lead the Warranty Workflow: Assign and track warranty tickets within our PLM system, assisting with documentation and following up with field reps and homeowners to ensure timely closures.

• Champion the Homeowner Experience: Manage all post-closing communications, including preparing orientation binders/USBs, sending welcome letters, and tracking 3-month and 10-month warranty touchpoints.

• Be a Guardian in Emergencies: Monitor and coordinate urgent/emergency requests (including light oversight outside of standard business hours) to ensure homeowners feel supported when they need it most.

• Keep Us Connected: Roll out homeowner e-blasts regarding seasonal maintenance and cold weather prep.

• Drive Operations: Generate Vendor Purchase Orders (VPOs), process homeowner reimbursements, pull 60+ day open ticket reports, and help continuously improve the Homes by Dickerson Warranty Manual.

What We’re Looking For (Skills & Expertise):

• The Communicator: You have excellent verbal and written communication skills and a professional demeanor that reflects our company standards.

• The Problem Solver: You approach challenges with a process-driven, results-oriented mindset and a strong sense of urgency.

• Tech-Savvy: Proficient in the Microsoft Office Suite and quick to learn industry-specific software (PLM systems).

• Team Player: You thrive in a collaborative environment and are always ready to step up and support the team (like covering for a CCR out of the office).

• Industry Knowledge: A general understanding of residential construction or home warranties is preferred, but a passion for learning is a must!
