For more information, visit Role Description This is a full-time, on-site position based in San Marcos, CA, for an RS Program Therapist. The therapist will provide direct clinical services to clients, including individual and group therapy sessions, crisis intervention, and case planning. Responsibilities include conducting assessments, developing individualized treatment plans, documenting client progress, and collaborating with the multidisciplinary team to ensure holistic support. The RS Program Therapist will play a vital role in maintaining a trauma-informed approach in all interactions to foster emotional and psychological healing. Qualifications Strong clinical skills in counseling, psychotherapy, and crisis intervention Proficient in conducting assessments and developing individualized treatment plans Experience in trauma-informed care and working with individuals impacted by abuse or neglect Excellent communication, documentation, and planning skills Ability to collaborate effectively within a multidisciplinary team Master’s degree in Psychology, Social Work, Counseling, or a related field Licensure or license-eligibility as a mental health professional in California (e.g., LMFT, LCSW, LPCC, or equivalent) Experience in child welfare or residential treatment is highly desirable Commitment to upholding client confidentiality and ethical standards #J-18808-Ljbffr Casa de Amparo
