Job Description We are seeking a Software Engineer to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will have strong experience in Go (Golang), Java, RESTful APIs, PostgreSQL, Couchbase, and JWT-based authentication and a proven ability to design, build, and operate scalable cloud-native services. Responsibilities: Design, develop, and maintain backend services using Go and Java. Build and enhance RESTful APIs and microservices for high-volume applications. Integrate applications with Java-based services using JWT-based authentication and authorization. Develop and maintain web application components using JavaScript. Design and optimize data models, queries, and integrations with PostgreSQL and Couchbase. Collaborate with product managers, architects, and engineers to deliver scalable solutions. Participate in code reviews and promote engineering best practices. Troubleshoot production issues and implement performance, reliability, and security improvements. Contribute to CI/CD pipelines and automated deployment processes. Document technical designs, APIs, and operational procedures. Required Skills & Qualifications: 6+ years of software engineering experience building enterprise applications. Strong proficiency in Go (Golang) and Java. Experience building and consuming RESTful APIs and microservices. Strong JavaScript development experience. Hands-on experience with PostgreSQL and Couchbase. Experience implementing JWT-based authentication and authorization patterns. Understanding of distributed systems, API security, and application integration. Experience with Git, CI/CD pipelines, and Agile methodologies. Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills. Preferred Skills: Experience with Google Cloud Platform or other cloud platforms. Experience with containers and orchestration such as Docker and Kubernetes. Familiarity with event-driven architectures and messaging platforms. Experience with observability, logging, and monitoring frameworks. Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field. What Success Looks Like High-quality, maintainable code delivered consistently.
