Job Overview *please adequately read the job description, and only apply if you are a licensed physiotherapist or resident* Physiotherapist – Integrated MSK & Performance Care Axis Health Centre (placeholder if not yet live) Position Overview Axis Health Centre is seeking a motivated, up-to-date, and clinically driven Physiotherapist to join our growing multidisciplinary healthcare team in Woodbridge. This is not a traditional “high-volume therapy mill” environment. We are building a technology-forward, integrated clinical platform focused on musculoskeletal rehabilitation, movement optimization, recovery, performance, and preventative healthcare. Our clinic combines: Physiotherapy Chiropractic care Advanced rehabilitation technologies Performance & recovery services Regenerative and medical aesthetic therapies Preventative and genetics-driven health initiatives We are looking for a clinician who values: Clinical excellence Patient outcomes Long-term patient relationships Collaborative care Innovation in rehabilitation and recovery The ideal candidate is confident managing orthopedic and musculoskeletal cases while integrating modern therapeutic technologies and evidence-informed rehabilitation strategies into patient care. Key Responsibilities Conduct comprehensive physiotherapy assessments and develop individualized treatment plans. Diagnose and manage musculoskeletal, orthopedic, postural, sports-related, and chronic pain conditions. Deliver hands‑on manual therapy, corrective exercise prescription, mobility programming, and functional rehabilitation. Guide patients through progressive recovery and performance‑based rehabilitation plans, educate on injury prevention, ergonomics, posture, movement mechanics, and long‑term health optimization. Maintain complete and accurate SOAP notes and clinical documentation in the clinic EMR system.
