Responsibilities- Sales Training : Engage in intensive sales training programs to master insurance product knowledge and effective sales techniques.
- Lead Generation : Learn to identify and cultivate leads through networking, referrals, and marketing initiatives.
- Client Presentations : Assist in preparing and delivering sales presentations to potential clients, highlighting the benefits of various insurance products.
- Client Follow-Up : Develop skills in following up with prospects to close sales and maintain customer relationships.
- Sales Strategy Development : Participate in strategy sessions to design and implement effective sales tactics tailored to target markets.
- Performance Analysis : Monitor and analyze sales performance to understand effectiveness and areas for improvement.
- Regulatory Compliance : Ensure all sales practices comply with legal and ethical standards.
- Experience : Previous experience in sales, particularly in insurance, is a plus, but not required
- Skills : Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities. Strong negotiation and problem-solving skills.
