You will be responsible for delivering a world-class experience, surpassing sales goals, and continually finding innovative ways to engage and attract our fans. You’ll jump in when it matters most (peak hours) to deliver incredible fan experiences and support store operations. Assessment Requirement This position requires the completion of an assessment that will be emailed upon submission. Peak Hours Peak hours are defined as evenings, weekends, holidays and other high-traffic periods such as promotions or product launches. Maintain a flexible schedule that varies with business needs, including periods with few or no scheduled hours, balanced by increased availability during peak times. Perform all other duties as assigned. Qualifications Results-oriented seller. Strong communication skills, both written and verbal, with Care. Ability to charm and captivate an audience, connecting with people at all levels. Age 18+ with proof of identity and eligibility to work. Flexible work schedule that includes nights, weekends, and holidays; standing for extended periods; ability to lift 50+ pounds; reliable punctuality. Will work anywhere from 4 hours per month during slower periods to approximately 12 hours per week in peak seasons. Reliable support and preparedness to step in during high-traffic times, special events, or additional coverage.
