Associate General Dentist Opportunity

Full-Time | Monday–Friday Flexible Scheduling | No Weekends

This multi-location, family-focused dental group serves both pediatric and general dentistry patients. The organization is not private equity backed and operates more like a collaborative group practice, with a strong emphasis on teamwork, communication, and exceptional patient care.

The Role

• Provide comprehensive dental care for children, adolescents, and adults in a high-energy, family-focused environment
• Take over an existing provider’s patient base with strong, consistent demand
• Perform general dentistry treatment planning and procedures with an emphasis on quality, efficiency, and patient comfort
• Perform molar endodontic procedures, including retreatment cases, with support from a trained clinical team
• Deliver restorative care, preventive services, and multi-step treatment plans for a diverse patient population
• Collaborate closely with a well-trained, motivated support team to ensure smooth daily operations and excellent patient experiences
• Communicate clearly and confidently with patients and parents regarding diagnoses, treatment options, and follow-up care
• Maintain a patient-centered approach that emphasizes compassion, education, and long-term oral health
• Contribute to a positive, team-driven culture focused on communication, consistency, and high-quality dentistry
• Uphold clinical, safety, and infection-control standards across all procedures and patient interactions

Qualifications

• DDS or DMD degree
• Active Texas dental license
• Minimum 2 years GP experience (no new graduates)
• Strong endodontic skills (preferred)
• Ability to perform root canals and multi-canal endodontics (preferred)
• Family dentistry experience (preferred)
• Strong communication skills
• Open to relocation candidates

Compensation & Benefits

• 35% of Collections
• $800–$1,300 Daily Advance
• Sign-On Bonus Available
