Perform routine exams, manage prenatal and postnatal care, and conduct obstetric and gynecologic procedures. Participate in deliveries, surgeries, and on-call hospital coverage. Collaborate with NPs and other team members to enhance patient outcomes and experiences. Engage in quality improvement initiatives and uphold best practices in patient safety and compliance.
