We are hiring an experienced Specialized Carrier Sales Representative to source, develop, and manage reliable carrier capacity across specialized freight divisions . The ideal candidate will have an established carrier network, strong rate-negotiation skills, and experience managing shipments from booking through final delivery. Responsibilities Source, qualify, and onboard specialized carriers Develop relationships with owner-operators and fleet managers Negotiate competitive rates while protecting company margins Match qualified carriers and equipment with available shipments Track shipments and provide proactive updates Verify carrier insurance, safety, and operating compliance Resolve delays, breakdowns, and service issues Maintain accurate carrier records and performance information Specialty Options Candidates must have experience in one or more of the following areas: Power-Only Cross-Border—Canada/Mexico Qualifications Previous carrier sales, dispatching, brokerage, or transportation experience Experience in at least one of the specialties listed above Strong sales, communication, and negotiation skills Ability to manage multiple time-sensitive shipments Familiarity with load boards, TMS platforms, and carrier-vetting tools Bilingual English/Spanish preferred for Mexico cross-border operations Specialized carrier-sales work commonly involves capacity sourcing, pricing, carrier vetting, shipment execution, and relationship development. #J-18808-Ljbffr Infostud Group
