Digital Marketing Specialist

There’s a few things that sets us apart (and why clients love working with us): agile and flexible - we are able to run on short deadlines and support quick turnarounds; we swiftly pivot our digital strategies depending on real-time data and market trends engaged and transparent - we are communicating with our clients on Slack to answer questions, give performance updates and follow-up with action items (sometimes that means interactions happen on weekends or off-hours to provide timely support) organized and methodical - we document every detail, from meeting notes with clear action items, deadlines, and insights to visual dashboards and structured Google Sheets that track performance and testing schedules JOB DETAILS Salary: $45,000 CAD to $60,000 CAD based on experience Location: Remote, but operating on EST time zone Tech: You will need to utilize your personal laptop RESPONSIBILITIES As a Digital Marketing Specialist, you will be: Executing - drafting, managing and optimizing ad campaigns on various advertising platforms that hit our client’s objectives. Managing -cultivating relationships, managing expectations and engaging in day-to-day communication with our clients through Slack and email. Analyzing - analyzing ad campaign performance data through all possible angles to find insights, opportunities and trends. Strategizing - devising tests and testing schedules based on the learnings from your analysis — all without falling into rote patterns. Writing - writing engaging and action-driven short-form copy. Most ad copy will follow the unique voice of each client, incorporate a testing hypothesis and align to each advertising platform. Designing - developing ways to communicate a client’s product/service visually by creating the assets yourself or, in some cases, working with a client’s internal designers. TOOLS Advertising Platforms: Meta Ads, Google Ads, Tik Tok ads, Pinterest Ads, Quora, LinkedIn, Reddit Analytics: Google Analytics, Google Data Studio Collaboration & Productivity Apps: Google Suite, Slack, Notion, Asana Graphic Design: Canva, AI Design Tools (Claude, ChatGPT, Gemini) SKILLS Are you self-motivated?
