Work alongside a diverse team, including nurses, physicians, case managers, and various rehabilitation specialists to ensure optimal patient outcomes. Your role will involve educating both patients and their families on therapeutic goals, discharge procedures, and home exercise routines that empower them to continue their journey at home. We expect thorough documentation of evaluations and treatments that conform to our institution's and regulatory standards. Collaboration is key; hence, your contribution in team rounds and interdisciplinary discussions will be vital for ensuring a seamless continuum of care.

To thrive with us, you'll need to possess a Doctorate in Physical Therapy (DPT) or a comparable degree from an accredited program, along with a state license to practice as a Physical Therapist. While having CPR certification is preferred, specialized certificationsbe it in geriatrics, neurology, or other focused areasare welcome but not a prerequisite. Your previous hands-on experience will bolster your capability to treat patients facing complex medical and mobility challenges, and your clear communication and teamwork skills will allow you to thrive in this dynamic environment.
