Full-Time Assistant Store Manager

We are looking for a natural communicator who can easily strike up a conversation with anyone. The ideal candidate will have excellent organizational skills and the ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment. They should be excited to learn about our products and share that knowledge with customers. The role requires someone who can work independently and as part of a team, ensuring a clean and organized store environment. Candidates must be 18 years or older, and experience in retail or sales management is a plus! Responsibilities Modeling excellent customer service, building brand loyalty, and helping associates meet daily and weekly revenue goals. Implementing merchandising directives and setting up displays to optimize the shopping experience and boost sales. Help maintain a clean and organized store environment. Process incoming shipment. Meet operational deadlines. Basic math skills and familiarity with POS systems. Follow loss prevention controls & guidelines. Train, delegate, and supervise staff. Drive & achieve retail sale metrics goals. Lead store operations while the store manager is off duty. Skills & Qualifications Education and Experience: High school or equivalent (Required) Customer Service - 2 years (Preferred) Prior management experience (preferred) Benefits Incredible employee discount.
