We're looking for a Calibration Technician II who enjoys troubleshooting, repairing, and calibrating electronic and mechanical test equipment to ensure accuracy, quality, and reliability.

Wichita, KS | 1st Shift | Monday-Friday | $20.48/Hour | Temp-to-Hire

What You'll Own

You'll be responsible for calibrating, troubleshooting, repairing, and documenting a wide variety of electronic and mechanical test equipment.

• Calibrate and repair electronic and mechanical test and measurement equipment

• Troubleshoot AC/DC electrical, RF, temperature, humidity, pressure, torque, and dimensional measuring devices

• Perform inspections and verify equipment meets required calibration standards

• Read and interpret electrical schematics, technical drawings, and calibration procedures

• Complete calibration documentation and maintain accurate service records

• Follow ISO quality standards, work instructions, and established calibration procedures

• Utilize Microsoft Excel and computer systems to document calibration results

• Maintain a clean, organized, and safe laboratory work environment

• Work independently while collaborating with fellow technicians on larger projects

• Repairs are completed efficiently with minimal rework

• Customers and internal teams receive reliable, properly calibrated equipment

What You Bring

• Associate degree in Electronics or equivalent education and experience

• Experience calibrating and repairing electronic or mechanical test equipment

• Working knowledge of AC/DC electrical circuits

• Ability to read electrical schematics and technical documentation

• Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality

• Good computer skills, including Microsoft Excel

• Excellent communication and organizational skills

• Ability to lift up to 33 pounds

Where You May Stand Out

• Experience with ISO 17025 Quality Management Systems

• Knowledge of Measurement Uncertainty calculations

• Commercial or Military PMEL/TMDE experience

• Mechanical and electrical troubleshooting experience

• Experience working with RF, temperature, pressure, torque, or dimensional measurement equipment

• Background in electronics repair, instrumentation, or metrology

Pay Details: $20.48 per hour
