Own the Final Step Before Delivery

Join us as a Packing and Dispatch Specialist and turn precise prep and flawless labeling into on-time arrivals.

7:00 AM – 3:30 PM

• Select packaging materials—boxes, containers, cushioning—to match product specs and shipping conditions.
• Pack, pad, wrap, and seal to prevent in-transit damage.
• Confirm order quantities and perform quality checks before anything is boxed.
• Create and apply shipping labels; verify correct identification on every parcel.
• Use carrier platforms (UPS, FedEx, etc.) to produce manifests and track shipments.
• Book pickups and coordinate delivery windows with carriers and freight forwarders.
• Stage outbound goods for safe, efficient loading by priority.
• Record contents, tracking numbers, and paperwork for inventory accuracy and customer support.
• Partner with the warehouse to sync packaging with order fulfillment schedules.
• Communicate shipment status, resolve questions, and escalate issues as needed.
• Maintain a 6S workspace for safety and efficiency.

• Quality control focus and a safety-first approach.
• Strong dexterity and hand–eye coordination for small components.
• Reliable attendance, meticulous attention to detail, and organized work habits.

• High school diploma or GED.
• Proven background as a Shipping/Packaging Clerk or equivalent, with solid understanding of packaging practices, shipping procedures, and documentation.
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced setting.
• Knowledge of safety protocols and adherence to established guidelines.
• Physical capability: stand for extended periods, lift heavy objects, and repeat tasks safely.
