Position Overview

We are seeking an Orthodontist to join a well-established and growing orthodontic practice serving the Carbondale and Marion, Illinois communities. This is an excellent opportunity to step into an established patient base with strong new patient flow, experienced support staff, and a proven track record of growth.

The position offers a consistent split schedule between two established locations, providing variety while allowing you to build strong relationships with patients and the local community.

Position Details

• Locations: Carbondale & Marion, IL
• Schedule:
  • Monday, Wednesday & Thursday: Marion
  • Tuesday: Carbondale
• Patient Volume : Approximately 30-40 existing patients per day
• Active Patients:
  • Carbondale: 145
  • Marion: 433
• Starts : Approximately 35 per month
• New Consults : Approximately 45 per month
• Invisalign: Approximately 25% share of chairs

The practices are well-equipped and supported by an experienced orthodontic team.

Marion

• 7 operatories/chairs

Carbondale

• 4 operatories/chairs

Support Team

• 1 Orthodontist
• 4 Dental Assistants
• Dedicated Treatment Coordinator
• Office Manager
