As a Sales Manager, you will play a key role in leading our sales department, developing our team, maximizing profitability, and ensuring every customer receives an exceptional dealership experience.

Responsibilities Include:

• Lead, coach, and motivate the sales team to achieve and exceed sales goals
• Manage daily sales operations, processes, and performance metrics
• Train and develop sales consultants on product knowledge, sales skills, and customer experience standards
• Work closely with General Sales Manager and management team to drive dealership objectives
• Desk deals effectively while maximizing customer satisfaction and dealership profitability
• Monitor inventory, pricing, and market trends to remain competitive
• Ensure compliance with dealership policies and manufacturer standards
• Maintain a positive, professional, and customer-focused sales environment
• Assist with recruiting, hiring, and retention of top sales talent
• Build strong relationships with customers and ensure repeat business and referrals

Qualifications:

• Proven experience as a Sales Manager in an automotive dealership environment
• Strong understanding of automotive sales processes and dealership operations
• Leadership skills with the ability to hold a team accountable
• Excellent communication and negotiation skills
• Strong closing skills and ability to structure profitable deals
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, high-volume environment
• Valid driver's license and clean driving record
