Dental Director in Crescent City, CA

We are a Medi-Cal and PPO office with great reimbursements.

Dentist Compensation and Benefits:

• Salary Range $225,000-$300,000 a year

Dental Director receives a monthly stipend based on number of providers in practice.

Job Duties: Dental Director

• Providing direct patient care
• Overseeing and mentoring staff dentists
• Perform examinations to assess patient needs
• Perform General Dentistry procedures as diagnosed
• Conducting quarterly chart audits to assure compliance
• Collaborating with clinic leadership
• Educate patients about improving and maintaining routine dental health care
• Exploring opportunities to add value to job accomplishments
• Problem solving
• Excellent customer service care

Education and Experience:

CA DMD License or in process
