Windows Desktop Support SpecialistWindows team is looking for a Desktop Support Specialist to join their team. The team manages all corporate desktops, mobile devices, servers, and applications. The role is supporting the desktop environment of Windows 10, Windows 11, iOS, and other systems.The ideal candidate will have experience supporting and implementing many of the following technologies:Windows 10 and Windows 11Active Directory user account administrationDesktop engineering, application packaging and deployment via SCCM, and OS deployment via SCCMDell desktop and laptop hardwareiOS Mobile Devices integrated with Mobile Iron or an MDMMicrosoft OfficeSupporting desktop applicationsSupporting AV equipment and roomsDuties are supporting the desktop environment, managing the desktop and mobile platforms, move/add/changes in Active Directory and assisting teammates and other departments in project based work. The ability to manage concurrent projects/assignments and prioritize work is needed. A good customer service mentality and communication skills are required.
