Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP) / Clinical Fellow (CFY) – Full-Time

SLP: $43–$46/hour
CFY: $35/hour with opportunity for compensation review after 9 months

Ultimate Therapy is seeking a Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP) or Clinical Fellow (CFY) to join our skilled nursing rehabilitation team. This position offers the opportunity to work with residents recovering from a variety of medical and neurological conditions while developing meaningful clinical relationships and supporting functional outcomes.

Position Responsibilities:

• Evaluate and treat residents with speech, language, cognitive, communication, and swallowing disorders
• Develop individualized treatment plans based on resident needs and goals
• Provide therapy services focused on communication, cognition, and dysphagia management
• Collaborate with nursing, therapy staff, physicians, and families regarding resident progress and care planning
• Complete timely and accurate documentation in accordance with facility standards

Qualifications:

• Active SLP license or CFY eligibility required
