Job Details Specialty: Labor & Delivery RN Location: Issaquah, Washington 98029 Employment Type: Travel Nursing Assignment Shift: 12-hour nights (7:00 PM - 7:30 AM) Hours per Week: 36 Duration: 26 weeks Start Date: 9/14/2026 Weekly Estimated Pay: $2,110 - $2,220 Patient Population: Adolescents, infants, and adults Float Expectations: Post-Partum and NICU based on skill set Job Requirements Active Registered Nurse (RN) license in hand at time of submission; compact license accepted Minimum of 2 years of Labor & Delivery nursing experience required Prior travel nursing experience required; first-time travelers are not accepted Epic charting experience required Required certifications: BLS, FHM, NRP, and AWHONN Intermediate ACLS preferred Ability to work in a fast-paced obstetrical unit with high-risk and low-risk patients Must be comfortable with floating as needed based on skill set Responsibilities Provide compassionate, high-quality nursing care to laboring patients and newborns Support patients experiencing labor, preterm labor, and other obstetrical needs Assist with all deliveries, including high-risk deliveries Circulate for C-sections and support pre-op, post-op, scrub, and OB-GYN workflows Perform assessments, monitoring, and interventions for antepartum and Labor & Delivery patients Administer and manage blood products, magnesium sulfate, insulin, heparin, epidural pumps, PCA pumps, and syringe pumps as indicated Provide triage support, patient education, and ongoing labor management Use strong clinical judgment while collaborating with a multidisciplinary healthcare team in a busy obstetrical setting Maintain accurate documentation in Epic and follow unit protocols and patient safety standards Apply now to join this rewarding Labor & Delivery travel nurse opportunity in Issaquah, Washington, and bring your obstetrics expertise to a respected healthcare team.
