Responsibilities: In your role as a Licensed Home Inspector, you will be responsible for: Home inspection Commercial inspection Radon testing Well water quality testing Septic inspection Your job will be to accurately document inspection findings through detailed reports and photographs, while identifying potential issues and recommending corrective actions. Qualifications/Requirements: Valid State of Ohio home inspector license in good standing; successful completion of state-required education/examination. Minimum 1 – 2 years’ practical experience in home inspection, construction, remodeling, or trades strongly preferred. Excellent attention to detail and problem‑solving skills. Effective communication skills for reporting findings clearly and professionally. Ability to work independently with minimal supervision while maintaining high standards of accuracy. Solid record of on‑time arrival at customer’s site. Valid driver’s license and good driving record. High school diploma or equivalent. Please upload your resume.
