Small Animal Medical Director - Lead, Mentor & Exotics

The Vet Service in Blairstown, NJ is seeking a full-time Small Animal Medical Director to lead an AAHA-accredited five-doctor hospital. You will blend clinical leadership with an active caseload, influence medical standards, mentor colleagues, and support the continued development of a high-performing veterinary team.
The practice features a strong surgical workload with a broad companion animal caseload, exposure to exotic species, and occasional work related to a local wolf preserve.
