Byerly RV is looking for a motivated, customer-focused Service Advisor to join our growing team! We’re passionate about helping our customers enjoy worry-free RV adventures by providing exceptional service and quality workmanship.

In 2023, we opened our new service building, expanding our ability to serve our customers and providing our team with an improved space to deliver an outstanding service experience.

• Greet customers and assess their RV service and maintenance needs.
• Create and manage work orders, provide estimates, and obtain customer approvals.
• Recommend and sell scheduled maintenance, labor, and parts.
• Coordinate with technicians to ensure timely service.
• Communicate service updates and follow up to ensure customer satisfaction.
• Process payments and maintain accurate documentation.
• Proactively identify service opportunities and resolve customer concerns professionally.

• Achieve a monthly gross profit goal of $55,000.
• Reach a service menu penetration goal of 40%.
• Deliver excellent customer service while contributing to the success of the service department.

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Valid driver’s license with a satisfactory, insurable driving record.
• Ability to drive, move, and park RVs of various sizes.
• Strong communication, organization, and attention to detail.
• Self-motivated, team-oriented, and proactive attitude.
• RV or automotive dealership experience is a plus.

Byerly RV supports continued learning and professional development through RVDA-provided training.

• Day shift, including every other Saturday.
• Combination of office and service-area work, with moderate noise levels at times.
• Frequent sitting, walking, computer use, and driving RVs.
