In-Home Behavior Therapist

Paid training and RBT certification assistance provided, no experience necessary! Work Environment: This position is best for someone who loves autonomy! This role involves providing therapy services in the homes of patients, requiring travel within a designated geographic area. The At-Home teammate will work closely with patients and their families to create a supportive and nurturing environment conducive to learning and skill development. At Home teammates typically work with one to two patients every day, Monday through Friday, with treatment blocks from 8am to 12pm, 1pm to 5pm, and 8am to 5pm with one hour for transition between patients. What you will be doing as an At-Home Behavior Therapist: Travel to Client’s Homes : Embrace the opportunity to travel to various locations, meeting families where they are most comfortable. Pay ranges depend on experience and the highest level of completed education Associates/High School Diploma Track 15.00 – 22.50 Bachelors Degree Track 15.00 – 24.00 Masters Degree Track 16.00 – 26.00 Fun Fact: You’ll receive your first raise after earning your RBT certification!
