Instructors deliver quality ski instruction to groups and individuals, providing world‑class guest service in a safe and fun environment. Job Specifications Starting wage: $20.00/hr (pay range reflects minimum base wages; instructors may earn more with additional teaching incentives) Employment type: Winter seasonal 2026/2027 Shift type: Part‑time hours available. Full‑time instructors may not guarantee a 40‑hour week; scheduled hours vary with business volume. Minimum age: At least 16 years Housing availability: No Job Responsibilities Teach group and private lessons Work with guests of all ages, with a focus on children Deliver world‑class guest service Create a safe and fun learning environment Support all needs of the snow sports school: scanning, running surface lifts, facilitating lunch, fitting equipment Provide guest feedback that inspires and creates lifelong skiers Other duties as assigned Job Requirements Comfortable and competent skiing on groomed blue terrain Willingness to work with guests of all ages and comfort with children aged 3 and older Fluency in English communication Willingness to work weekends & holidays and meet minimum scheduling requirements Comfort being in ski boots for extended periods Placement contingent upon completing training and meeting minimum skill, guest‑service, and safety standards Role As a non‑certified ski instructor, you may work across multiple departments and roles to support the one‑resort mentality, including: Lift experience Mountain activities Food and beverage support Base area operations Retail rental operations Additional Requirements for Hires Under Age 18 Submission of a parental consent form upon hire, along with other applicable documents required by state law such as a work permit, physician’s note, and/or proof of birthdate.
