Overview HealthPRO Pediatrics is looking for Registered Behavior Technicians (RBT) to join our fun and growing ABA clinics in Newport News, VA or right down the road at our Hampton, VA location! Schedules available: Full-Time: M-F 8 am - 6 pm! Part-Time: M-F Afternoons 3pm - 6 pm! Opportunities to grow to Full-Time in the near future! Responsibilities Provide in-person therapy services one-on-one or in small group settings with pediatric clients with Autism Spectrum Disorder and other unique needs within home, community and clinic settings Implement Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) to improve social, communication, and daily living skills Work under the close supervision of our BCBAs to deliver treatment plans, collect data, and reduce challenging behaviors by reinforcing positive behaviors and skills! Qualifications Ideal candidates hold a valid RBT certification OR have completed the 40-hour RBT certification course! Not an RBT yet? No worries! We have an on-site training program as a benefit! Experience in the field of mental health, child development, or education. However, we encourage anyone to apply that enjoys being around children and has a passion for making a difference in their lives! Must be at least 18 years old and have, at minimum, completed high school or national equivalent, and have reliable transportation.
