Quality Services Moving, a growing, veteran-owned and award-winning relocation company headquartered in Lorton, VA, is seeking a creative, in-house marketing professional to lead branding efforts across multiple locations and support our continued expansion.

What You'll Be Responsible For

• Identify business trends, target audiences, and market share to develop marketing strategies that meet or exceed corporate objectives
• Develop and implement marketing campaigns to increase the company's presence, and evaluate the effectiveness and ROI of each
• Promote the company's image, history, values, services, and staff to help educate consumers, build brand awareness, and support continued growth
• Manage the company's online presence to optimize website effectiveness, protect its reputation, strengthen branding, and increase web leads
• Collaborate with the Sales Department to create and distribute sales materials, and help identify, attend, or sponsor relevant events in support of sales objectives
• Oversee campaigns that maintain communication with previous customers to encourage repeat business, and support initiatives that foster employee morale and positive relationships internally and externally
• Coordinate with PR firms and other partners to maximize corporate visibility
• Monitor web and social media activity to maintain a positive corporate image, make appropriate updates, and engage professionally to build new relationships while strengthening existing ones

What We're Looking For

• 2+ years of marketing-related experience in a for-profit environment (a degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field is preferred but not required)
• Highly creative, with excellent command of written and verbal English
• Prior experience developing and distributing content through print and electronic channels
• Tech-savvy, with familiarity in CRM systems, SEO/SEM techniques, social media strategy, and email campaign deployment
• Positive, service-oriented attitude with strong attention to detail and organizational skills
• Professional demeanor and presence, with the tact to represent the company effectively in a variety of settings
• Reliable transportation to and from our Lorton, VA facility (note: this location is not metro-accessible)

Preferred Qualifications

• Prior management experience and/or experience marketing across multiple locations
