Call Center Sales Associate

Engaging with warm leads, the temporary Call Center Sales Associate will work virtually, either full-time or part-time, to provide exceptional customer service, convert inquiries into sales, and articulate the value of new consumer products. Key responsibilities Take and make calls, responding to incoming inquiries via email Build rapport with potential customers and guide them to suitable solutions Manage and track customer interactions accurately within the systems Required qualifications Strong background in sales or outstanding customer service experience Natural ability to build rapport and influence over the phone and in writing Confidence in converting warm leads into successful outcomes Results-driven mindset with a passion for achieving targets Comfort working in a dynamic, evolving environment
