The position requires a commitment of 13 weeks on the night shift. The nurse will work primarily with patients experiencing a range of emergency conditions. A patient ratio of 4 is expected during shifts. The ideal candidate will have experience with charting systems and familiarity with various medical procedures. This role involves managing critical patients, performing assessments, and delivering emergency care. Candidates should be prepared to work with diverse patient age groups, including neonates, pediatrics, adults, and geriatrics. Comprehensive experience in emergency medicine and trauma care is essential. Strong interpersonal skills are necessary to effectively communicate with multidisciplinary teams. The position has specific certification requirements, including advanced life support and pediatric advanced life support.
