Quality InspectorCardinal Staffing Services, is immediately hiring for a quality inspector in Sterling Heights, MI. As a quality associate for Cardinal Staffing Services, you will work in a fast-paced distribution environment and be involved in all aspects of warehouse operations including:Inspect parts for defects, damage, and quality issues.Perform visual inspections and basic quality checks.Identify and separate defective parts from acceptable products.Follow work instructions, quality standards, and safety procedures.Record inspection results and report quality concerns to supervisors.Maintain a clean and organized work area.Meet production and quality expectations.Qualifications:Previous manufacturing, warehouse, or quality inspection experience is preferred.Strong attention to detail and ability to identify defects.Ability to follow instructions and work independently or as part of a team.Good communication and organizational skills.Ability to stand for extended periods and perform repetitive tasks.Ability to lift and handle parts as required by the position.Shift- 1st & 2nd Pay: $17-23/hr About Cardinal Staffing Services: Cardinal Staffing Services, Inc. has over 25 years of experience being recognized as leaders in the staffing industry.
