You'll work within established SharePoint and workflow systems created by the PMO's technical developer and ensure that files, data, and documents are consistently captured, updated, and ready for use. That's why we need you, an Operations Specialist who can help ensure success through careful analysis and effective communication.On our team, you'll provide day-to-day operational support to the Program Management Office (PMO) by managing documentation, data entry, file tracking, and updates within established digital workspaces.Join our team and help build the operational foundation that keeps PMO activities efficient and mission-focused.What You'll Work On:Organize, upload, and maintain program artifacts, ensuring completeness, correctness, and adherence to PMO structure and governance.Utilize SharePoint and Power Platform-enabled solutions created by the development team to keep workflows running smoothly.Ensure PMO documentation, deliverables, and operational artifacts are collected, labeled, stored, and maintained in an orderly and searchable state.Apply working process knowledge to resolve routine issues, escalate discrepancies, and ensure consistent data integrity.Work independently with some guidance and may support senior PMO stakeholders on administrative or coordination tasks.Join us. The projected compensation range for this position is $55,200.00 to $126,000.00 (annualized USD). The estimate displayed represents the typical salary range for this position and is just one component of Booz Allen's total compensation package for employees.
