As an Assistant General Manager, the success of your day, week, month, and year is ultimately in your hands. Success means following the brand standards, training, coaching and recognizing your team to deliver an amazing customer experience.
We’re looking for people who love serving customers, have experience in the restaurant industry and who want to be part of a large restaurant franchise! Job Requirements:
- 2 years Restaurant Management Experience Have a flexible work schedule – ability to work nights and/or weekends.
- Enthusiasm and willingness to learn
- Valid driver’s license, reliable transportation
- Ability to motivate and build teams
- Ability to manage with minimal supervision.
Compensation: Salary depends on experience.
