5. Basic Plumbing

7. Cabinets, Vanities & Fixtures
8. Apartment Turnovers & Punch Lists
9. Problem Solving & Independent Thinking
10. Clear Communication
11. Organization & Clean Job Site

You will be responsible for handling small maintenance tasks, painting units, and preparing apartments for new tenants. And when needed, you will take on larger jobs like bathroom remodeling to support bigger renovation projects.

We looking for the kind of "old school guy" who Like to work hard is not afraid of challenges. Always show up before time. And communicate great with the team. You can be young in age but have that work life approach :-)
