Key Responsibilities
- Workforce Management: Lead staffing, sourcing, onboarding, and scheduling to build a motivated and passionate team.
- Create and implement recruitment strategies aligned with Smoothie King’s mission.
- Organize shifts to balance team and guest needs effectively.
- Learning and Development: Empower team members through tailored training and mentorship to ensure operational excellence.
- Identify skill gaps and customize ongoing training programs.
- Support career progression and internal mobility.
- Operational Excellence: Maintain brand standards in food safety, store appearance, and operational tools usage.
- Manage cash activities and ensure compliance with company policies.
- Sales and Inventory: Optimize product placement, manage inventory, and drive local marketing initiatives.
- Analyze KPIs to identify opportunities for improvement.
- Culture and Team Engagement: Foster a positive, collaborative environment with clear performance expectations and creative recognition programs.
- Promote cross-departmental collaboration to enhance communication and streamline processes.

Qualifications
- Minimum 2 years experience in management position
- Availability for 8-hour shifts including weekends.
- Strong leadership, communication, and operational skills.
