Location: Clearwater, FL 33755

Pay Rate: $19.00-$22.00/hr

Shift: 1st

Description: Job Duties/Responsibilities
- Read and interpret blueprints, technical diagrams, and assembly instructions.
- Assemble components or parts according to specifications, ensuring accuracy and quality standards are met.
- Inspect finished products for defects or inconsistencies and make necessary adjustments.
- Use hand tools, power tools, and specialized equipment to perform assembly tasks.
- Maintain a clean and organized workspace to ensure safety and efficiency.
- Follow established safety guidelines and procedures during all tasks.
- Collaborate with team members and supervisors to meet production goals and deadlines.
- Report any issues or malfunctions with equipment or materials to supervisors.


Qualifications & Requirements
- Familiarity with assembly processes and basic mechanical principles.
- Proficiency in using hand tools, power tools, and other assembly equipment.
- Ability to read and interpret technical documents, diagrams, and instructions.
- Strong attention to detail to ensure accuracy and quality in assembly tasks.
- Good manual dexterity and hand-eye coordination.
- Capability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet production deadlines.
- Basic math skills for measurements and calculations as needed.
- Physical ability to stand, bend, and lift moderate weights for extended periods.
