Job Description

As a Security Officer Unarmed Patrol in Vernon TX you will serve and safeguard clients in a range of industries such as Food/Beverage and more. Join Allied Universal as an unarmed officer at a dynamic food and beverage location where you will conduct routine patrols remain visible to help discourage security-related incidents and support daily operations through strong communication and customer our agile reliable and innovative culture you will put people first work as part of a team and act with integrity while making a meaningful impact each day.

Pay Rate: $16.50 / Hour

What Youll Do:

• Provide customer service to employees visitors and vendors by carrying out security-related procedures site-specific policies and/or emergency response activities as appropriate.
• Respond to incidents unusual activity and critical situations in a calm problem-solving manner and report details according to site protocols.
• Conduct regular and random patrols throughout the location including production areas warehouses loading zones parking areas and perimeter access points.
• Monitor entrances exits and authorized access points to help support site rules involving visitor processing deliveries and restricted areas.
• Observe and document conditions related to equipment gates doors and/or facility operations and communicate concerns to site contacts and Allied Universal leadership.

Minimum Requirements:

• Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21 years of age for armed roles.
• Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
• As a condition of employment applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal state and local laws.
• Allied Universal will consider qualified applications with criminal histories in a manner consistent with applicable laws.
• As a condition of employment applicants will be subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law.
• Licensing requirements are subject to state and/or local laws and regulations and may be required prior to employment.
• A valid drivers license will be required for driving positions only.
