Today, the Buccellati jewels stand out for their design and for the techniques used to create them, such as the hand-engraving technique, dating back to the goldsmithing traditions of the Italian "bottega" of the Renaissance times.The Maison's unrelenting desire to create objects of rare beauty has made Buccellati renowned in the world for a style that is distinct, inimitable and imbued with sophisticated Milanese heritage, at once glamourous and contemporary.The Maison has been part of the global luxury group Richemont since September 2019 and the Buccellati family is still present in the Company to perpetuate its style and unparalleled craftsmanship tradition.Role OverviewAs an Ambassador of the Maison, the Sales Executive will achieve sales targets directed by Management and strive to develop a strong client database, increasing frequency of shop. They will consistently give each client an exceptional experience and build lasting relationships. They will use story-telling and product knowledge to provide an immersive experience, creating memorable moments. The Sales Executive will have knowledge of the daily Boutique Operations and will work with the Boutique Team daily to optimize performance.ResponsibilitiesSales Achievement:Consistently achieve or exceed the monthly sales target, as directed by Management.Work with Boutique Director and Assistant Boutique Manager on special client requests.Ensure each client receives exceptional customer service and provide a welcoming environment in the Boutique.Support after-sales clients with helpful solutions in accordance with Maison values.Support ecommerce clients and phone inquiries to schedule appointments upon request and arrange correspondence.Extensive knowledge on industry news and competitive brands.Knowledge of high jewelry including one of a kind pieces and selling ceremony to build momentum towards sales achievement.Client Relationship Management:Expert in clientelling to cultivate new and nurture existing client relationships.Partner with management and Corporate Team on CRM initiatives.Accurately capture client data for all prospects and clients. Consistently follow-up with clients and use CRM tools to effectively build relationships.Appropriately resolve any client issues and escalated matters.Support the Boutique and Corporate Team with in-store and off-site events; develop community relationships, exploring potential events to increase brand awareness and customer loyalty.Daily Boutique Operations:Understand and comply with all Policies and Procedures set by the Maison.Assist with daily set-up and breakdown of the Boutique, and communicate on any maintenance issues.Actively participate in inventory and cycle counts to prepare and ensure a successful audit.Assist with operational requests in a timely manner when needed from Corporate Team.Maintain visual integrity adhering to brand standards for vitrines and boutique aesthetic.Perform special projects as designated by boutique managementQualificationsHigh School Diploma. College degree preferredLuxury Retail or Hospitality experience is preferredExcellent understanding of the luxury client experience and customer serviceComputer proficiency: Excel, Word, Power Point, SAP is a plusExcellent written, verbal, and interpersonal communication skillsExperience with logistics and operationsSelf-starter with a Team-Player approachFlexibility to work on evenings, weekends and holidays, as neededAbility to spend long periods of time standingRichemont offers a generous compensation and benefits package for eligible employees.
